Hello! My name is Soseh and I am a certified Science and Math teacher. I completed both a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology as well as a Bachelor of Education in Secondary Education at Bishop's University in Shebrooke, Quebec, I have recently returned to Alberta after several years of studies as well as employment in Quebec, and am working as a substitute teacher in the Calgary Board of Education as well as tutoring struggling students in the Calgary area in various levels of Science (General Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Physics) as well as Math. Since November 2011, I have worked as a Teacher in the Sir Wilfrid Laurier School Board, teaching various streams and levels within the Science and Math disciplines. This has given me the opportunity to develop my skills and teaching strategies in both subjects, broadening my teaching repertoire and experience with the Quebec Educational Reform. In my time at Laval Liberty High School and Lake of Two Mountains, I developed individualized education programs to best fit the needs of each student, catering to their personal strengths, backgrounds, and skill sets that I carry through into my personalized tutoring lessons. It is with the skills and qualities that I have developed and acquired through my teaching and working experiences, that I feel confident in my abilities to help struggling students in Calgary Area in all levels of Science and Math.
