Hello All! My name is Amelia and I am a 22 year old university graduate. I hold a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary and am currently pursuing a MA in Clinical Psychology. One of my passions is Developmental Psychology, which is the study of child care and development. As my educational background suggests, I am dedicated to children and making a difference in their lives. I have several years of tutoring experience, teaching and helping elementary and high school kids with English Language Arts , Religious Studies, and Social Studies. In my free time I also help teach Syrian Refugees English. Due to my extensive experience in the aforementioned subjects, I tend to be most comfortable tutoring in these areas at all grade levels. When I am not tutoring, I enjoy reading and spending time with my friends, family, and my little Chihuahua. I also love to travel, having spent the summer all over Europe conducting research for the University, I strive to do the best job possible when working with children. I understand that school can be a daunting thing but I am committed to making a difference in my students' lives and helping them to love learning as much as I do!
