I recently moved to Vancouver from Calgary where I taught middle school for five years with the Calgary Board of Education. I have taught English Language Arts from Grade 7 to Grade 12, and I have extensive experience working with English Language Learners (ELL/ESL). In 2016, I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a double minor in English and Elementary Education, and I went on to complete my Bachelor of Education specializing in secondary English in 2018. "Bobby tutors both my children and both have learning disabilities which requires a person to be able to connect with them and get them to buy in to tutoring but also be able to adapt to their own unique learning needs and characters. She managed these tasks on her own through her careful thought and attention to each child. She was always over prepared so the full time was covered with learning.
