I have a Bachelor of Science with Specialization Astrophysics from the University of Alberta and as such am proficient with math and physics especially. I learned to love math and physics in High School when my teacher combined them into a course he called Physmatics. His quirky style and obvious passion for the material drew me in and I would hope I can pass that on to new generations of students. I have always enjoyed teaching and led various study groups in math and physics during my undergraduate time, finding approaches that helped our many learning styles compliment each other and further everyones understanding of the material. I enjoy playing soccer, guitar, and crafting to fill my time. That is when I'm not out with my dog on an adventure. I'm also an avid knitter and can whip up a toque or mittens in no time. I look forward to helping navigate the equations of life and having fun along the way.
