Hi there! I am a university student, studying in the fields of Kinesiology and Biology at the University of Calgary. I am working towards a degree in education as it is my passion to teach. My reason for being a tutor is simple, I want to have an impact on students the same way that my teachers have had an impact on me. I want to be able to share my passion for the subject of biology with others and allow them to become enthusiastic towards it. I am also a member of the University of Calgary Dinos football team, and have had experience coaching and instructing high school players at a number of football camps. In terms of teaching styles, my goal is not simply to force the student to memorize certain concepts, but rather to allow them to apply the concepts and draw connections, and then be able to ask informed questions in a way that the student can become self-motivated. I look forward to assisting you in achieving your academic goals!
