I graduated from the University of Alberta Augustana campus in April 2018 with a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. I have taken a wide variety of courses aside from biology including physics, chemistry, English, criminology, sociology, and psychology. Although I don't have any previous experience with tutoring, I have picked up a variety of useful studying techniques during my university career that I am eager to share with others who might be needing a little help! Personally, I have found that I am a visual learner so I really like incorporating diagrams, flow charts, flash cards, and other methods into my learning. I am really passionate about biology and would love to share this with others, and would be comfortable teaching other subjects such as science, chemistry, and spelling as well. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with friends and family, going for walks or hiking, going to the gym, listening to music, and camping in the summer. In the winter, I really enjoy skiing and going to the mountains.
