Hello students! I have been in the tutoring industry for 3 and half years. I have taught English reading comprehension, English listening skills, English conversational skills, English verbal fluency, interview preparation, Mandarin as well as introductory chemistry and biology. I have conducted over 3000 lessons over the span of my tutoring career and I hold a Bachelors degree at the University of British Columbia. English Over the years of being a private tutor, I have came up with my own style of teaching English that makes memorization easy. Many students have told me that the conventional way of learning English vocabulary has been ineffective in that they would forget the vocabulary learned within a week. What i do is I incorporate visual learning and story construction to make newly learned vocabulary memorable (at the same time improving your verbal fluency) Science Have you ever sat in a lecture and scratch your head as you wonder what your teacher is talking about? Have you ever read a science text book and still couldn't wrap your head around the content that's being taught? If so, you are not alone because that was the situation i was in sitting through high school, so i definitely can relate.
