Firstly, A is incorrect. The lens inside the eye does NOT move forward or backwards, it actually changes shape thanks to the ciliary muscles (as stated in B). 

 

The iris muscles control the size of the pupil, depending on lighting conditions (stated in C). The main refractive power in the eye comes from the cornea and the lens, which allows light to be focused onto the retina.
