KE₁ + PE₁ = KE₂ + PE₂

0 + m.g.h_max = (1/2)m.v_max² + 0

v_max² = 2g.h_max

v_max = (2g.h_max) ^1/2 = (2 (9.81 m/s²).(0.15 m)) ^1/2 = 1.72 m/s
