This is an arithmetic sequence because a2 - a1 = a3 - a2 = a4 - a3 = p and p is the difference.

The common difference between two consecutive terms is same . As:

14+3p - 14+2p = p

14+2p-14+p=p

14+p-14=p

thus it is an arithmatic sequence
