I don't think any tutor will be writing your essay for you, but I do know there are several lovely Social Studies tutors that would help you edit your own essay. I'm a math/science person, but I can give you some very basic pointers since no one else has responded yet.

Here is an example of a 30-1 diploma, you should look at the example long answers and the adjudicator's rationale behind the "Excellent" grades.
