The quotation marks around the direct quote are missing. Also, it isn't necessary to capitalize the first word of the quote since it's intigrated in the sentence.
It should look something like this:
According to Raymond Donnelly, a spokesperson for the American Pediatricas Hospital, "diabetes and obesity are common health issues seen in children and young adults today" (18).
