Hello! I am a graduate from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. Throughout my degree, I noticed that there were many concepts I did not fully understand until it was covered again in more advanced courses. With my experiences and knowledge to date, I'd like to help my students understand topics the first time so that it can be a building block for future courses, and not a hindrance. My previous experience at Kumon Math & Reading Centre has given me the opportunity to work with kids and help them with their studies. I am very comfortable with the math curriculum as I have taken numerous advanced courses as part of my degree. I have also taken university level physics and chemistry courses. Not only am I an academically focused individual, but I have always been involved in a lot of extra curricular activities - from band and ballet dancing, to soccer and track & field.
